Return & Exchange Policy
At Design by Ana, your happiness when you purchase our products is of utmost importance to us. We stand by our products 100% and believe in their quality, but if you are unhappy with your purchase, we will do whatever we can to rectify the problem. We care and we’re here for you.
We highly recommend purchasing wallpaper and fabric samples before purchasing larger quantities to ensure customer satisfaction.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will gladly accept product returns where:

The product is faulty.

The product does not fit the purpose for which it is commonly bought.

The product does not match the sample or description.
You will require your receipt and your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product and you must ship the product within 5 days of receiving approval for an exchange or refund.
You will be entitled to an exchange or refund. Please contact us at contact@designbyana.com.au to begin the process.
Change of Mind Returns
As all our products are made to order, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind reasons.
Refunds
If you are eligible for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Shipping
If your item was damaged or defective, we will cover the costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
