All our wallpapers are made to order, so please allow

  • 3-5 days for production time;

  • And 7-10 days for shipping.


All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

All wallpaper orders are free Australia Wide.


All our textiles are made to order, so please allow

  • Up to 10 days for production time;

  • And up to 20 days for shipping.


All textile shipping orders are free Australia Wide.

Return & Exchange Policy

As all our products are made to order, we do not offer returns unless there is a defect in the product. Please order a test print or sample prior to ordering the final product to ensure customer satisfaction.

If there is a defect in the product, you will be eligible for a return, provided your item is in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If you are eligible for a return because of a defect, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Unless your item was damaged or defective, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Initial shipping costs are paid are non-refundable unless your item was damaged or defective. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
